Villa Description
The Villa has 10 rooms for a total of 20 beds.
The categories are the following:
– 3 Suites (Montecristo, Tower Suite, Argentario), with sea view, for a maximum of 2 people per room
– 4 double rooms with en-suite bathroom, with garden view, for a maximum of 2 people per room
– 3 double rooms with private external bathroom (for the exclusive use of the room), with sea view, for a maximum of 2 people per room
Included Services
The following services are included in the rates at no extra cost for the guests of the villa:
– Daily cleaning
– Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner, during meal hours, with flexibility
– Service at the table of all meals
– Concierge service by the Villa Manager (i.e: yacht tours, restaurants, wine tastings, transfers, ecc)
– Linen change mid-week, additional linen changes can be arranged at extra cost
– Final cleaning
– Utilities (pool heating or cooling at extra cost)

Short Stays: € 18.500
Until May 24th and from September 27th, Villa Talamo is available with a minimun stay of 3 nights:
- 3 nights stay rate €18.500
- Additional nights are at a rate of € 5.500 each
Payment conditions
1. 30% of the rate as a deposit, payed by bank transfer within 7 days of the confirmation
2. 30% of the rate 120 days before check-in
3. 40% of the rate 60 days before check-in
Security Deposit: € 5.000 for every week of stay, up to a maximum € 10.000
Cancellation Policy
– 30% of the Rent in case of cancellation up to 60th (sixtieth) day before the Check-in date
– 50% of the Rent in case of cancellation made between the 59th (fifty-ninth) and 45th (forty-fifth)
day before the Check-in date
– 100% of the Rent in case of cancellation after the 45th (forty-fifth) day before the Check-in date
Food and beverages as other extras charged to Villa Talamo will be charged on a Cost + 10% basis. Cost of food and beverages are comparable to local supermarket costs. Groceries and beverages are delivered directly to the Villa and pre-stocking can be easily arranged prior to guests arrival.
Menus can be decided by advanced planning and/or locally together with the Chef and Villa Manager.
